This is new functionality in CloudCenter 4.8 that allows administrators to import brownfield VMs into CloudCenter management. Once imported, users are able to manage all their VMs, both brownfield and deployed through CloudCenter, through one portal, report on cost information, and execute day-2 operations (see https://blogs.cisco.com/datacenter/cloudcenter-4-8-release-brownfield-import-and-action-library)
