Azure Site Recovery (ASR) provides test failover functionality to validate the disaster recovery strategy and configuration, without any data loss or downtime. A test failover does not impact ongoing replication and/or the protected environment. Test failovers can be performed on a specific VM/machine or on a Recovery plan containing multiple VMs/machines.
