Virtual Machine Disks (VMDKs) on VMFS, NFS and vSAN datastores can be protected by Zerto, as are Raw Device Mappings (RDMs). Datastores can be either direct attached or served from a SAN/NAS solution.

VVOL is currently not supported by Zerto.
