Datrium offers two levels of hardware support for its Data Node and Compute Nodes:
- Basic: Next Business Day (NBD) parts delivery
- Premium: 4 hour parts delivery
Software Support and Technical Support do not differentiate bewteen Basic and Premium levels.
Software Support provides access to major, minor, maintenance, and patch releases via product GUI.
Technical Support provides:
- Unlimited Remote Technical Support
- Proactive Systems Health Monitoring
- 24X7 Support Portal Access
Remote Technical Support and Proactive Systems Health Monitoring are available during normal business hours (Mon - Fri 6:00am – 8:00pm PST) for non-critical events and 24/7 support for severity one issues.
