StarWind ProActive Support monitors the cluster health 24x7x365.
With the intial purchase, StarWind HCA comes with ProActive Support for a period of 3 years. There are options to get 5 and 7 years support. In terms of part replacement within the support contract both Next Busines Day (NBD) and 4 Hour options are available.
