StarWind ProActive Support combines both the "Call Home" functionality and Predictive Analytics.

StarWind ProActive Support service notifies the StarWind Support team about any issues occurring in the StarWind HCA for storage, networking, compute and software layers. This is achieved by StarWind Agents running on each HCA and collecting the metrics from the servers and StarWind software.
