As it is build on the Windows 2019 Server Operating System, Hyper-V can utilize the existing (vast) Windows Operating System ecosystem and qualification structures. Microsoft focusses on the extensibility of Server 2019 and Hyper-V through this existing ecosystem as System Center or Microsoft Azure.
