Comparison owners (and nominated comparison admins) can adjust certain configuration settings to show available services, contact details and more.

Please note: This article assumes that the user has been configured as category owner / comparison admin – if not get in touch with your WhatMatrix board contact or admin.

  • Log in to your account by selecting “Log in” from the top-right
  • Click on your user name and select “Manage my Comparison”
  • Select the tab “Comparison Data” tab
    (if you can’t see this tab or your product listing, your user has not been correctly enabled as comparison owner/admin)

    • You will see a table with details of your comparison(s) and possible actions
    • Select “Edit” 
  • You can now edit the fields associated with your comparison
  • Click “update” when done
